You have two options that will work well for this:

1. Contact EA Online Support, where you exchange messages with them through a live chat box.  Good if you are quick to reflect, ask and say what you want and what is on your mind.  And in this chat box you also have n option to upload and share a file with them, before you start your support session.  So make a .txt file of your previous support session that you want to complain about and use to describe what you are not happy with and what needs to be changed.

2. Alternatively you also have the option to send them an ordinary email, where you then again can attach same file as above and explain all the stuff you want in your email body text.  But you risk of not getting a final answer or action item taken care of right then and there if using the email option.

But both options works well.
