1 EA doesn't know why you have this issue, Punkbuster is a separate company from EA, only they can tell you why you were banned. You did not answer my earlier question, are you able to play on other PB enabled servers (meaning you were just banned from a single server) or are you banned from all PB enabled servers?
2. Only Punkbuster can tell you why you were banned, it should have been contained in the email that you received from evenbalance.
3. The server browser filter is where you'll adjust your setting to find servers without PB running.
4. I do not understand your statement, please clarify.
5. There is no PB manager because Punkbuster is a completely separate company. from EA. You must contact evenbalance in order to appeal your punkbuster ban or have them answer your questions. EA has no ability to unban you or even answer why PB banned you as EA has no access to PB systems.
