If you start playing Online, you'll start from "0".
Most Weapons and Gadgets are locked cause you need to LevelUp and earn Warbonds to buy Weapons ect.
For each Weapon you need to reach a specific Level/Rank with a Class, that will unlock you specific Weapons.
By LevelUp you'r main Rank, you'll earn Warbonds with that you can buy unlocked Weapons then.
