About how to find it, is you can click on "Costumize" on a Tank symbol in your Base. There you can change to the Loadout with the Flame thrower, if you did that what's need to be done to unlock it and then buy it with War Bonds!

About your Bug, you'r sure that no enemy has desabled the Flame thrower weapon of this Tank where you was in? Because then you can't use the Flame thrower!

If it's a Bug, best way to share it with DICE is via the Battlelog Forums. So feel free to post this issue there!

    I've already unlocked it. And i'm 100% sure that the weapon is not disabled.

    I had the same issue on PS4 and was corrected with a new controller. It seems that the ability for the L2 and R2 triggers to detect different pressures is the culprit. I'd have similar issues with sniper rifles and the boats too as they required a hard pull instead of any pressure.
