@REMEDYZNUTS Hi, unfortunately this isn't something that we can directly assist with through AHQ, there are account verification steps that we can't take. 

However it should be very quick and easy for support to clear this up for you. 

Can you try using a different browser and let us know if the contact fails again?

    I forget my ea account email and password how can i recover its

    Hi @sdtyj7 You will need to contact EA Help at help.ea.com for assistance with an account issue. We can't help with these kind of issues here unfortunately.
