help recovering account, but ea contact us freezes

hi, i have a secondary account on origin that i have command and conquer, battlefield 3, and battlefield 4 on. Problem is i dont know the user name, and i tried using the email (forget password way) ...

@REMEDYZNUTS Hi, unfortunately this isn't something that we can directly assist with through AHQ, there are account verification steps that we can't take.

However it should be very quick and easy for support to clear this up for you.

Can you try using a different browser and let us know if the contact fails again?
