You go to Battlelog.com and log in with your account.

Then go to your soldier setup.

Click on the SOLDIER in the top left.

Then go all the way to the right where your soldier portrait is.

In that box in the top left corner, it should pop up when you move your mouse over it, it will say "Customize Emblem".

There you go - have fun!
