@raiku1028 When you activated login verification it gives you backup codes in case you lose access to your phone/email. You can use one of those codes to gain access to your account and disable/change your login verification.
If you lost your codes you will have to contact EA support at http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/ to regain access to your account.
