Hey @dnarinski' I was sure that I had responded on this, sorry for the delay.
Nothing major that is standing out for you on the Uo-tracer I see some medium ping spikes on jump 6 (112 / 112 56ms / 103ms) and 8 (112 / 112 86ms / 96ms). You have no packed loss and overall it doesn’t look too bad.
What platform are you on?

Hey @dnarinski Sorry I don't have any live chat that you can use to reach me. That would be EA support that you need to contact for.
I'm trying to think on what more you can do to try to solve it. You have the same issue with Forza 3, It does sound like its an issue with your ISP os a program blocking you on your PC.
Try to use Ccleaner and Clean-boot the PC to see if there any programs that are messing with you also shut down your anti-virus and then try.

Hey, @dnarinski If you notice with a change of router then definitely try a factory reset it and see if that changes anything.
What you can say to your ISP is what issue you have with what games and tell them what you have done.

Hello, @EA_Atic i called to isp and they said to need change a router but
I dont want and i think not need because they said its because 2 device connect with cable to router and this router bad and she shares to halve a internet speed and i think they thought I have low ping and because its not workHi I do not need to help already. but you so help me not only at this problem and with to learn English its be like practice

Get a copy of the game or do another month of Origin access to test this out, or get a friend to come over that owns the game on PC and they can test your internet.
