Hi @leviathanzdt please notice that this is a community based forum - not direct customer support as your fellow gamers don't have access to your account in any way.

The veteran rewards were distributed by an automated system to all accounts that had older played on Battlefield profiles connected to their Origin account. So in short, you havn't gotten the veteran content because you have your games on different accounts. It's all cosmetic stuff so it's not like you loose anything gameplay wise.
