Battlelog is still up and running for games such as BF3 & BF4: https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf3, https://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4. A lot of these issues are due to some browser incompatibility or extensions that are blocking the service from functioning the way it should.
May I ask; have you tried to use a different browser already by any chance?
