I'm in trouble because I can not become a legendary in BF Hardiline . When I click on " become legendary " the following message appears : Currently we're having issues with the EA back end. Please try again later . " I'm in rank 150 and am premiun member. This problem has gone on for almost 01 month . Does anyone know what is happening ? What can I do ? My ID is CesarBeck (cthiagob) in XboxOne

I have contacted support yesterday and they told me it's because of EA access , premium or robbery have to be purchased separately to get legendary , does anyone have this issue with a separate premium/robbery membership ?

That very well could be it, as my friend had ea access as well. I did notice when you go to store via bfhl menu, it shows all dlc as "installed" yet when you highlight premium as if you were gonna purchase it, it says "install" as if it wasn't already installed. Do you need premium to go legendary? Will it work if your ea access is current? as mine has expired. Thanks

first BFHardiline bought without DLS . Days later bought the DLC Premium with all DLS . I would if I uninstall the robbery and let the premium , can become legendary ? Someone already once this with satisfactory result ?

It seems that EA support start generating false reasons and solutions 🤔

If some players have already bought premium separately and having that issue , then why the guy in support chat told me to buy premium separately to solve that ?!

I bought premium seperately from the game and I cannot go legendary.  It doesn't seem like anyone can on Xbox One.  Maybe it has something to do with Hardline being on EA Access?  I don't have EA Access but the complaints started coming shortly after that.

I just ran the gauntlet with every possible idea I could think of. No Luck. I subscribed to ea access and downloaded the premium package, bought BFHL thru the marketplace when it was $10. I thought everything was cool until I reached rank 150 and failed to "Become Legendary". After trying everything uninstall/install etc. I remembered my ea access had lapsed, I just renewed it today hoping that would fix it. No Luck. I'm out of ideas and have to believe its a problem only ea can fix. I would just be nice to get an answer from ea reguarding the problem. Thanks... ps Can anyone check in the BFHL menu under "store", Look to see if it shows Premium as installed or "install". All other map packs show "installed", Premium shows as "install" even tho I have it installed. Thanks Again
