I did all of that and even reinstalled my OS lol.. that took all day and still isnt working :P 

Just trying to edit/create a new emblem gives you that error? Can you create a simple emblem with the Battlelog emblem editor? You have to make emblems with the shapes and things you have unlocked in the Battlelog editor. You can import emblems using their code if you have the shapes that specific emblem uses unlocked. Better Battlelog makes importing emblems from code easy.

when I click edit and then emblem it brings me to blank page saying in black letters internal server error and it also did this on my smart phone so i dont know if its the website or my account?

Try going to the Overview tab of the soldier you want to change the emblem on and hover over the top left corner of your current emblem/soldier portrait box to the right of the SKILL line and "Customize Emblem" should pop up. Click it and it should take you to your emblems page where you can create/change/edit etc.

I kno how to get there, the issue is when I go there the page takes a minute to load and ends up being a blank page saying internal server error only when i go to customize my emblem no the battlelog page 

So you can't get to the page to change your emblem at all?

nope not at all lol and even technical support is scratching there heads because aparently no one els has reported the issue but i went to go do it on my smartphone and the same thing happened 

Have you tried going there with a different browser on you PC?

i did the whole clear cache then exit and reopen stuff

yeahp tried firefox chrome and edge

How long have you been unable to get to your emblem customization page?

im at a loss lol I dont kno what to do im just trying to make an emblem and I cant even do that :P

I think it was after I tried doing the emblem code thing for the java script i may have screwed someething up 

It was from better battle log the code thing you need to paste in console in java script on the webpage so it does an autofill

I've had various problems with Battlelog before but they usually don't last more than a few hours tops. I can't think of anything else you can try except contacting an EA advisor at http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. Make sure to choose your country in the top left corner of that page.

Well you could have messed the browser you tried it in up, but it should have worked with another browser.

They were no help at all lol as soon as it got to technicle for them they said im on my own was the first guy I talked to then the 2nd guy i talked to talked to their higher up people and said they were having issues with the browser but no one reported problems with the emblem creator and that was it so im fuqed lol 

is there a way to reset my chrome if i screwed it up by doing that?

Well this site is just a community support site, most of us are just gamers that like helping others. So if your profile is corrupted for example I can't fix it, only an EA advisor can. Maybe someone else will come along with more ideas. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance to you. Hopefully its just a temporary problem with Battlelog.

@Locknsmonstr You could try using a portable version from http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/google_chrome_portable. That would be a totally separate fresh browser and doesn't require install.
