Hello everyone,

I'll see if I can merge all the threads into one.

If your rank should be displayed as 0 and your stats appear to be reset - just hang in there while we're working on this. It usually means the stats temporarily cannot be synced correctly, therefore they cannot be displayed. There is nothing you would have to do on your side, just give it some time.

This incident has been resolved now - thank you for your patience.

    My stats were reset after I finished a match. Level 97 with premium to 0. Why?

    Happening to me right now..I can't even get into a game but my connection is fine. It also say's i'm rank 0.

  • It's happening to me as well. From rank 80 to 0 and no way to join any server.

    Sir my customize soldier are is glitched it shows all my guns I have unlocked in the list for assignments but it shows me as rank 0 with no unlocks my account name is megazilla on Xbox could you please fix it

    Same here. I opened Battlefield 1 on my Xbox One S and after I finished the campaign (got the game only since a couple of days), as I received the new gun as a reward I went to see what kind of gun it was in the Customize Menu.

    The Customize menu takes quite a while to open (about 45-60 secs) and everything was like if I never played while, yesterday, I remember I reached, at least, Rank 4 with my medic yesterday.

    Not only that, but I also couldn't get access to ANY of the stuff I unlocked through packs. (I used the 30-something packs that came with the whole season/DLC things.) Now, everything seems to be locked. Even the gun I supposedly have unlocked by completing the campaign.

    As I read around, I have tried to join a game and my stuff seems to be available from within a game. After, if I return to the main menu and then to the customize menu, it's back to Rank 0 with nothing unlocked.

    (So, I can access what I have unlocked previously while in a game, but can't access it while in the customize menu. I can't unlock new stuff either since my Warbonds count is also reset to 0 in the customize menu.

    I still haven't tried to play a full match yet. (Don't have the time for now.) Will check it out tomorrow.

  • Today, I have tried playing a full match to see if it would fix the issue.
    Doesn't fix anything. In the Customization menu, I'm still stuck at Rank 0 with nothing (except default stuff) unlocked and 0 Warbonds.
    My profile does display the kills count and level achieved (profile-wise), but nothing seems to be loaded when it comes to the customization menu.

    I also have noticed that there's an unusual lag/latency issue with the official [DICE] servers where my ping is always Orange (2/4 bars).
    I have tested my connection and it's working as intended. Bypassing the router by plugging the XBox One directly into the modem doesn't change it.

    This has started to happen since yesterday (27 February 2018). When I was playing, on the 26 February, this wasn't happening at all.

    This need to be fixed ASP.

    same issue but i still have my war-bonds .every time i leave a match the rank resets.
  • My screen says I have 16k war bonds but when I go to buy something it says I have O. All my class ranks are 0 now. My game rank still shows 80? Anyone help please?

    This issue is not resolved I still have this problem. Fix it please.

    I understand this is frustrating, but this is a known issue, and they are working on it.

    We do not have any updated information at this time as to when it will be fixed.

    Thanks for the info. Hope they'll fix it very soon.

    All requirements are fulfilled but I I can't use the newest dlc weapons.
