And why would the respond to this? Its all about individual server settings and server rules.

Then this forum is useless, right?! Thank you for your reply but where do I go to report server issues? Is there not a technical support section. I could have sworn that I saw EA support responding to PC users with problems but I guess I wasn't playing attention. It's not just the claymores there is a BIG Xbox 360 server issue with 2 different maps almost always locking us up when the match is starting.

heres a solution:
dont use claymores on hardcore mode servers 😕mileyvery-happy:

I assumed that, unlike those a Call of Duty, EA actually provided customer service. They had excellent service for me when I needed BF3 help with a server issue but that was on the phone. I understand how this forum could be helpful for PC users but as an xBox user there are not drivers to reinstall and so on. I know that PC users are having issues with the servers being unplayable as well but it just seems like the whole forum is for PC people only. (stepping down from soap box now lol) I'm just looking for a way to report a serious issue to them, that's all.

kiss off painwagon. This is why forums annoy me. I try to provide constructive feedback in an effort to improve the game and it just ends up with juvenile users bickering amongst themselves. So go ahead painwagon, have your last childish word, I'll not waist any additional time on you.
- Eisenteeth12 years agoSeasoned HotshotThat is not a customer service issue. You've been told the solution: get better, don't kill teammates.
Mark this issue solved and learn to play better. - ApprovedAnonymous12 years ago

This is a community driven technical support forum. You ask questions and people propose solutions, that's how it works. If you just wanted to provide feedback to the gameplay aspects of the game you should use the feebackback forum on Battlelog: http://battlelog.battlefield.com/bf4/forum/view/2832654625480076375/
Now, the possible solutions to your problem has presented to you. You should pick the one you find most acceptable and mark that as the solution thus using this forum as it was intended.

Constructive feedback regarding BF4 is best directly given to the devs via Twitter or via the Battlelog forums (I know for a fact tht EA has people read and report on what the community wants for the game on Battlelog to EA and DICE), and I've heard of people having good luck via the Battlefield Facebook page. Given the purpose of this forum being a technical problem solving forum, game changes threads, nerf threads, and petitions etc are all outside of the scope of this particular forum.
