Your connection may appear to be fine but you can still experience lag spikes that make your ping untenable if the server you play on has a ping kicker. Are you using server browser or quick match to find games?
Also, most servers on PC (I assume you are speaking about your PC soldier and not your Xbox soldier) are run by third party server providers so ping and latency issues are not just an EA fix. What have you tried thus far to reduce your ping, have you rebooted your router, do you play with a wired connection or via wireless? Are you or other family members downloading files or using network intensive services like netflix while you game? All of those will affect your ping or create ping spikes that may get you kicked from a match.
