I also have this issue , at first it was on medal of honour on 360 then battlefield 3 on 360 I was told "it's your controller " or " you press too hard on the stick" well it didn't happen in bad company 1 or 2 and now it still happens in BF4 on xbox one , the controller can't be that sensitive as it doesn't happen in my other games that use the right stick click function ,
