Unfortunately, but EA support cannot help you with this since they don't have tools for changing your product code of the game to worldwide version. What you can do is buy another copy of the game, worldwide version via retailers: https://www.help.ea.com/en-za/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2

On the AHQ we have a lot of similar topics where people asked to change their localization of the game and the answer was "It's impossible".
