OP a speed test rarely tells the whole story, I recommend running a UO Trace as described here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/ as it will show you where any issues in your connection lie. If there are any issues in your connection route you may be able to address them with your ISP.
