You are not missing the tag because you never had it. You either:
1. Knifed somebody with it and cannot wear tags you knifed from people
2. Are on console and it "appeared" you had the tag, but you really did not. It was a visual glitch on console that when you equipped it, every time you killed somebody or they knifed you, all they saw were the default blank tags.
So you will not be getting the tags, and an EA Game Adviser cannot give them to you either, you must earn them.
I've been playing since day one, so I dont know how thats possible, unless we have played the same amount. And there are alot of users that come here thinking they can wear tags they knifed off somebody, so I just stated that fact. And you must not know what you are talking about because you CANNOT purchase the DICE Friends dogtag and plus you dont redeem codes on Battlelog. You either redeem them on Origin, Xbox or PSN, depending on the platform you play on.
Ok, and? I've got this game on PC, Xbox 360, Xbox One and PS4. I know what I am talking about. So you must be having an issue with a different dogtag. Which one is it?

I have merged your post from the Origin section into here as there is no need to post elsewhere on the topic that is here.
You get the DICE Friends dogtag by being recognized by the community for long term, positive contribution to the community as a whole. EA / DICE then awards people worthy of the tag. You cannot buy it like you thought you did in the above posts.
@SIRGoochy - As Tony has explained, very well I might add, that you most likely do not have the tag. I have not seen your name on the awards list for it so therefore you dont have it.

However, there is only one more round of tags being given out for BF4, so sorry to say, but there is no way of getting them anymore.
DICE FRIEND Dog tag can't be buyed.
Maybe you've been scammed.

Yes I am serious. They are handing them out once more for BF4 and then they are done. So sorry, but you will not be getting one.
I already stated all that information in my above posts, no need to say what has already been said. Also, if you are here with the sole intention of getting DICE Friends tags, it will not work out for you. Posting on AHQ is not how you get DICE Friends tags.
BTW Dark...who did you copy/paste that signature from? It seems familiar. You arent even supposed to have one (which you dont, you just added it as text at the end of your post) and you just copied it from another champion or Hero.
