Check the filter for your Origin Games Library to see if it's set to show the game as invisible/hidden. 

If you're able to pull up your Order History and see it there, you definitely have it and are logged into the correct account. Check the filter or consider reinstalling the Origin client. Clearing it's cache can help too! 

If you visit your Order History in your Origin client and do not see the game, then it's likely on another account and you've created more than one account by accident.

    I have tried everything you said, but it is not these problems. Can't you send me another copy of the game? I will try to read the cloud archive, and I don't want to lose my archive.

    Our Live-Support and forum teams will not be able to provide an additional copy, but will help locate the original copy redeemed on a specific account.

    yes,thanks,But how to do it, I really can't find it. I have a purchase history, I played the game, but it's gone. And you should be able to check my purchase history as well.Is there any other effective way to find my game.plzz

    Hello, I have the same problem, after reinstalling the new windows I do not see the game Battlefield 1, which I bought with DLC. Not even in Hiddens games pls help.

    @Gustavek 

    I removed the images you included because it contained personal information. If you used a code to redeem BF1 you can only use it once, so if it's not showing up in your games library after adjusting the filter it's likely the game is on a second account of yours.

    If you have any other email addresses try checking to see if you can login with those. Contact our Live-Support team as soon as possible if you're not able to find the account that has your BF1 game on it.
