    I figured it out. The thing is that the .dll file is already there. It just isn't in the correct directory from the C++ redistributable install that is performed during the installation of the game. Strangely enough, I had given up on fixing this and installed an update for Microsoft Visual Studio, which contained the MSVCP110.dll file. So, that was easy. However, one may also solve the issue by installing the 2012 C++ redist. package from Microsoft. In other posts, it was being said that the 2010 package should work, but that doesn't contain the MSVCP series of dll files. Thank you guys for the suggestions, and all of the help. You've been invaluable assets in this venture.
