Can you try to reset your router? Turn if off, and wait for 3-5 min. Then turn it on again, it might resolve this. Alternatively you can try to perform a factory reset on your console http://support.xbox.com/en-IE/xbox-one/console/reset-console-to-factory-defaults

A mate of mine had this problem and just did a hard reset (power cycle) on his console and was able to get straight back in MP. So maybe give that a try before you factory reset your console
