You probably need to uninstall and reinstall Microsoft Visual c++ Redistributables.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and didn't worked.
If I have Origin on C: and the game on D: HDD its a problem?
And if I install the VC package the dll not downloading, and not in the System32 folder.
Its fixed! Thanks for help!
