The level 20 ones and so on I can do. I've done alot of them. But the basic bronze ones does not unlock for some reason. and I've tried to talk to ea support and no luck. They just said "I'll report it as a bug" and I haven't been able to get them since.

It is very clear that you have indeed passed Rank10, as the other assignments just next to in Battlelog recognizes also correct that you have reached Rank20. As shared with you, we have seen a few other players this spring in exact same situation like you. Where the Rank10 achievement has been missed, so all assignments having that as a pre-requisite are now impossible for you and them to complete. All while the assignments requiring the Rank20 are all open and completing as supposed to.
You need to have somebody from EA with access to the Soldier registry to tick this box for you!

Any word on a fix for this? If not can people suffering from this bug just have their gamertag linked to a new account and start over for this? I would like to access the content I paid for that's locked behind these bugged assignments you know?
