Re: My battlefield 4 pre load and release times are wrong.

This is AHQ, not EA Help.  We are game players, not EA employees.  This is Sunday, and only the newest, least experienced Game Advisers are available on weekends,  This is a very poor time to want good support, since the beginners don't know what they are doing yet.  There have been no official announcements of any kind regarding the numerous (typical for EA) errors with the preload process.  There has been no appearance by any of the EA Moderators since Friday; I think they all ducked this weekend, expecting the worst.
