Yes. After 6 hours and 4 different chat sessions they told me to post the issue here and just wait for someone to fix it. I dont think anyone will see this post and do anything about it though.

We don't transfer over stats from 360 to Xbox One any more so if the solider is on Xbox 360 you will only be able to play them on the 360. @schmellyXX
