Hi buddy,

If I were you I would contact the EA support team. If you scroll ugly to the bottom of this page you will find the link to the EA Help center. There you will find telephone numbers, email address and even live chat. The guys are great and should be able to help. It may also be worth uninstalling the game and reinstalling it as it may not have installed correctly 🙂

    The issue seemed to be fixed before, i didn't have to do anything to fix it anyway. Perhaps they fixed it themselves, it might have been some kind of bug in the game. Thanks for the help anyway.
