What a wall of text there... He has a problem with the punkbuster services. PB has a tool for that. You can download it here:
http://www.evenbalance.com/downloads/pbsvc/pbsvc.exe
Run it and either install or test the services.
After that it should work again.
Thanks, I'll give that a shot. I have seen his "wall of text" on other posts and tried those solutions already so I'll give the punkbuster program a try.
