Sorry to hear about these issues.

Have you tried using the Server Browser to search for different DLC maps and game modes? There, you can play on whichever DLC Map you'd like to play on.

If you'd like to use Quickmatch, and it's not working, try doing a fresh Uninstall/Reinstall of Battlefield 1 on your platform.
