I apologize you're having some issues with the game.

There should be more War Stories than just one, when you download the full game.

You may just have to play through the whole Campaign, to see all the War Stories.

Also, if you'd like to play Air Assault, you can go to the Multiplayer Menu, Quickmatch, and choose Air Assault.
