But they can't have just sold me premium what I got was called the premium package I think that has the game as well if not then I just have to buy bf4 and get premium from the preorder

Actually I don't know what they have sold to you, since retailers are creating their own bundles and pre-order packs. It would be the best if would check back with your retailer for clarification of what's contained in your order.

In general, there is no Battlefield 4 Premium Edition available yet, as you would know it from Battlefield 3 (base game + Premium combined in one purchase). Currently you will have to buy the base game and Premium as two separate products. If you pre-order the base game however, it will come with a single premium expansion pack, but this is just one single expansion pack and not the full content that you would get as a Premium member.
