Justasii that was the actual answer because this is a community driven self help forum not official EA support. That means that as community volunteers we are gamers just like you who do not work for EA. Since we do not work for EA we cannot access his account, nor can the handful of EA mods who supervise this forum. Therefore for all account related issues we must ultimately refer a troubled user to a Game Advisor at EA who can access the persons account to see what is wrong.
We provide solutions and work arounds on this forum for problems that gamers can fix and troubleshoot at the user level, but we will never provide a "BS Answer" just to respond to a post. If an issue must be handled by someone with account access we will refer that person to a Game Advisor to remedy the gamer's problem as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you have a solution for the OP that does not require him speaking to a Game Advisor I would love to hear it as I like to learn more in order to better assit the Battlefield community. I am also sure that the OP and the 22 others who stated they have this problem will also value your solution. That being said snarky replies like your first one do nothing to assist the OP with his problem are counter productive so please keep your replies professional and helpful.
