It means you were caught using a hack on another game while playing in a server that was streaming to PBBans third party punkbuster ban website. It has nothing to do with Evanbalance or punkbuster itself. Moral of the story, don't hack, regardless of game.
If you feel that you have somehow been absolved of your past transgressions or feel that you were wrongly banned, I'm sure you'd have better luck taking it up with the admins at http://www.pbbans.com/ They are the ones that handle the master ban lists and such that some server owners choose to take part in.

Pbbans could care less about appeals; there are about as fair as steam+vac and 1000% sure of there arrognace that unlike ever other software in the world; they have 0 bugs / defects.
Really think if they are going to locked down servers where you have to buy from approved vendors then they need to put controls in place to block this type of behavior. Purchasing a game for 60 dollars comes with the expecation that you will be able to play the game fully on both single and multiplayer.
I got vac'd and PBbanned on 4 FPS games in 1 week; I used crossover (wine based) to run window's games in linux; appealed everyone; they didnt care 1 bit.
Irconically; only honest users will hit this; as I am sure the "script kiddie" community has ways around GUID cross game bans.
