It just doesn't do anything, I click "Go Online" and it just says "failed to connect to EA servers" followed by a link to learn more about it. I followed the link ("http://help.ea.com/article/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play") and nothing has worked.

02-clear DNS cache
-Right click on the start menu and choose Command Prompt (Admin)/ Windows PowerShell (Admin) from the menu.
