a solution was but does it work ?????????????????????????????????????????? and howww man we beg for a solution 

  • Delete Multiplayer Update 5
  • Clear System Cache for Multiplayer Update 5
  • Launch Battlefield 3, [DON'T INSTALL MULTIPLAYER UPDATE 5 AGAIN!]
  • Play "Rock and a Hard Place" (Now, the stinger will be there)
  • Install Multiplayer Update 5 Again (After you have completed Rock and a Hard Place)
  • Done!

Can someone please say this in English or at least how you go about this ?????????????
