After spending two days, trying to come up with a solution to this problem, I think I found a remedy for some people. If your having this problem, try redownloading Premium and see if that works. If it doesn't, another soultion might be to reinstall the game and all the DLCs. That was the customer supports solution to me, but it didn't work, although he said it has worked for a lot of other people.
