I just tried doing changes my self on a platoon, no issues.
Is your browser up to date, also tried clearing cache cookies? You said you tried to change browser what browser was it?
And what rank (grade) do you have in the platoon?

My browser is up to Date. I tried Mozilla and microsoft Edge. It‘s my own platoon so I have the highest rank you can get.

What are the odds you are using an emblem which have symbols and such in them which you personally have not unlocked on your account? Sometimes that tends to be the issue preventing you to update anything, at least in the past that is.
