I am also experiencing this on XB1.
I uninstalled the update to see if that would fix the error, it did not. I uninstalled the game and all related content from the hard drive, reinstalled, and still have the same issue. Is anyone else running into this problem or found a solution? Here is a screenshot of what the sidebar looks like after doing the complete reinstall.
