@whoneedsacar Thank you for the post, that's very odd indeed. 

You should be able to play on different systems without issue, your soldiers should progress independently.

Can you try restarting your console then play a match and check again? Hopefully your progress will sync with the servers and you'll be able to play as normal. 

Restart the console by holding the front button until it beeps and shuts down.
