Same problem here. I'm sure DICE's best advice will be to reinitialise the PS4, dodging having to fix whatever erroneous DLC activation method they employ. I'm not going to wipe 150 gigs of games for one game with more connectivity and otherwise detrimental issues than anything I have ever played..

Hi @GhazGaming201 @organtraii You will have to activate your PS4 as a primary PS4. This solved this problem for me a while back, let me know back in this thread if it also helped you out.
After you have signed into your PSN Account: Select [PSN] > [Activate as Your Primary PS4] > [Activate]
