I have used this way too several times.

Used it for BF/BF2/BF2142/BFBC2/BF3/BF4/MOH/MOHw/Crysis2/Mirrors Edge/MOH Airborne/Bulletstorm and more.

On certain games like MOH2010 and BFBC2 you still might need to update again though, probably due to the way the

update is stored/registered in these games.
