As others have stated it looks like they never charged me when I pre ordered back in August so I will just order it again. However this pisses me off because now my budget is all messed up since I need to drop another $70 that I thought I already paid.

exactly my same issue, the only problem was that it took them a week to notice...
I was never charged, but it worked fine now
