Re: Product Key alredy activated

Eneba, to be specific Games Hub, Eneba support told me I need to found out the activations Time and date.And that I need to screenshot the conversation with the key present.

I could not find any Way to contact official support so This was the only option left.

@4677754567456754 It doesn't look like they are official resellers (https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/where-to-buy-ea-games-v2/#wheretobuy) so I don't know if EA Help can assist you with this. However, if you'd like to try then you can reach them here:

If it were me though I'd request a refund from Eneba and re-purchase from an approved seller.
