Re: Product lost product code can't get it back
The code should have been sent to you via email. If it hasn't I suggest contacting https://help.ea.com/contact-us and talking to them at their free "livechat", they'll ask you a few questions about your billing info and will be able to find your code for you once you can prove who you are and that it was you who bought it.
If you bought it through the origin store, you may be able to login to the origin client and find your code there.
