The Playstation is a closed system governed by Sony. I believe EA can't do much and that it's up to Sony to do something.

But then again, I don't really know the logistics as I'm just a gamer like you because that's what Answers HQ is, a place where gamers help fellow gamers with issues they can help each other with like technical issues.
