Tried numerous server browser settings, all with the same result unfortunately. Asked my friends to give it a go on their consoles, and they were unable to find any public conquest servers either.
Surprised there aren't many other reports here, but there is a thread on Reddit (https://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield_one/s/HU4sZ65eEB) from earlier today regarding the issue.
@Nil_in_nz It could well be an issue with the servers then. I've passed this info along to the EA Community Managers.
Edit: Could you get me a screenshot from the browser so I can send that on too? It might help.

First screenshot shows there's only 60 Conquest servers globally (normally there's hundreds...). Some official servers remain, but majority are rented.
Second screenshot is for Operations, showing 0 servers in Oceania.
Third screenshot is for Operations with all regions selected (5 servers globally, instead of the usual hundreds)
