I am also a premium member with BF4 on PS3 and PS4, still no download for China rising, this is getting to be silly, how do we get a refund.

If your China Rising expansion shows as "unreleased" and you are Premium owner, please get in contact with one of our Game Advisor. They need to check your game entitlements and should be able to get you access to China Rising.

That's crap, I just spent over 45 mins with a game advisor- with the final outcome being there's a "technical problem" with the China Rising DLC on PS4 and it will only get fixed by the developers "soon".
So no China Rising...
- Still not working. Downloaded from library, because we all know that's where all DLC hides.
Re-booted game, try to access CR servers but only have the option to purchase DLC.
I have now deleted the DLC. Thought maybe re-install would help. No. Now I don't have the DLC installed and when I try to re-download it says that the DLC is already installed, so can't download again.
I have now wasted two hours. Not happy. I have uninstalled the game data and re installed. Deleted the premium add on, however when i go back in to download premium again it says "installed" This is infuriating me!!!!!!!!!!
The add ons in the ps store show 2 add ons for the game but they are BOTH premium (No CR dlc) i click and again says installed.
So where do we stand on getting refunds? If you pay for something that doesnt function as stated we have a right to ask for a refund no?

the patch is 200 mb
premium is 100kb
the download for CR is massive as in... 2GB you will notice when you have downloaded the right thing.
