Sadly Iranian users can't connect to EA server due to the US Sanctions. You can't do much about it. So yes Iranian users are basically banned.

Yeah i know about the sanctions but that's completely stupid....i mean EA shouldn't do this to us they say we care about all our customers but this doesn't seem like it. We pay and buy EA's games like you guys and we should be able to play it. By doing these kind of bannings EA will surely lose milions of players from iran.
Yeah it is really sad from EA's part.
