Can you do a "Repair Game", just press your game icon in Origin and press "Repair Game".
After you do this, please do all the steps I posted above (both posts) again. Report back when you are done.

I did. It did exactly the same thing after saying punkbuster has already been installed.
Ok, first delete the game completely, delete everything about the game on your PC. Second, delete your PB completely, leave no trace of it on your PC. Third, delete Origin completely, remove everything about it (see this page for more information: http://help.ea.com/en/article/manually-uninstallin
g-origin/ ) . After you do this, perform a clean boot of your Windows program. On how to do that, see this page here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135 . After you are finished, download Origin from this site: https://www.origin.com/en-ie/store/-ANW.html (press "Download" in the top right corner of the page), and install it. After you are finished, run it in Administrator mode.
Then do this steps (do not install the game from the disc):
1.Go to Origin.
2.Log with the account, you registered your game on.
3.Go to "My Games" section of origin.
4.Press your game icon.
5.Press "Download".
5.After it is finished, install it and update it and you are all set to go.
For expansions:
1.Go to Origin.
2.Log with the account, you first registered your game on.
3.Go to "My Games" section of origin.
4.Press your game icon.
5.Press "View Game Details" or the "i" button.
6.Scroll down and you will see your expansions, in your game expansion set.
7.Press your game expansion icon.
8.Press download.
9.When it is finished, install it and update it and you are all set to go.
After you have finished, try to play the game. Also before you start, delete your browser history.
If the error is still there, do all the steps above again and it should work.
